Daniel (ダニエル, Danieru) is one of the kissable Underground Residents located in Funny Bone Factory.
His home's hole is found in the leftmost corner of the area where the giant vault resides.
Profile and Appearance
Daniel is a pale and thin young man who is constantly swimming, even in areas where it should be impossible. He has a shaven head and red lips. His only attire is a white swimming cap, swimming googles, and black swim briefs. It's also possible his actual nose is yellow, or it's just a piece to protect it while swimming.
Peering into the hole while Daniel is home will pan down to reveal him swimming in a rectangular pool. In front of him is a yellow podium with the number "3" on it.

How To Kiss
Taking the tram to 564, Daniel will come out for a swim at 8:00PM. At times, he will dive and how long it takes for him to come up and where he will appear is random. He will continue to do so until 11:50PM.
Behavior and Viva Conditions
Because of the randomness of Daniel's swimming and diving, many players find approaching him particularly difficult. Poor Boy must carefully watch and follow Daniel, while not getting in his path. Angering Daniel will cause him to attack for 25 Hearts worth of damage. Meanwhile, getting in his path may knock Poor Boy over, which can waste precious time. While Daniel is out swimming, there is a chance he will rise up to strike a pose and Viva, for no more than a second.
Trivia
- Daniel appears to be practicing positions seen in synchronized swimming. His attack is a basic bent knee position and his pose pre-Viva is achieved by preforming a body boost via eggbeater.
